1. Agreement to Terms
These Terms of Service govern your use of Spencer Technology Group websites, software, digital services, client systems, subscriptions, maintenance plans, and related business tools. By using our website or services, you agree to these Terms.
2. Services
Spencer Technology Group provides website development, custom software development, admin dashboards, booking systems, payment integrations, automation, business systems, maintenance, and related technology services.
3. Quotes, Agreements, and Project Scope
Project pricing, deliverables, timelines, payment terms, and scope are defined in the applicable quote, agreement, client account packet, invoice, or written communication. Work outside the agreed scope may require additional approval and additional charges.
4. Payments and Subscriptions
Clients are responsible for paying agreed project fees, subscriptions, maintenance plans, deposits, balances, or other charges. Failure to pay may result in paused work, limited access, suspended maintenance, or service interruption.
Subscription and maintenance services may renew automatically unless canceled according to the applicable agreement or service terms.
5. Client Responsibilities
Clients are responsible for providing accurate information, timely feedback, required content, approvals, login access, business details, and any materials needed to complete the project. Delays in providing these items may affect delivery timelines.
6. Third-Party Services
Some services may rely on third-party platforms such as hosting providers, domain registrars, payment processors, email providers, analytics tools, Meta, Google, Stripe, PayPal, or other external services. Spencer Technology Group is not responsible for outages, policy changes, approval requirements, account restrictions, or failures caused by third-party platforms.
7. Marketing and Social Media Tools
If Spencer Technology Group provides tools that connect to third-party platforms such as Meta or Facebook, those tools may be subject to the platform’s permissions, approvals, review processes, API limits, and policies. Access or functionality may be unavailable until the third-party platform grants the required permissions or approval.
8. Intellectual Property
Unless otherwise stated in a written agreement, Spencer Technology Group retains ownership of reusable code, internal systems, frameworks, tools, templates, processes, and pre-existing intellectual property. Clients receive rights to use the completed deliverables according to the applicable agreement after required payments are completed.
9. No Guarantee of Results
Spencer Technology Group works to provide professional, functional, and high-quality services. However, we do not guarantee specific business results, sales, traffic, rankings, revenue, social media performance, or customer conversion outcomes.
10. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Spencer Technology Group is not liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or punitive damages, including lost profits, lost data, platform outages, third-party service failures, or business interruption.
11. Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. Updates will be posted on this page with a revised effective date.
